February 13, 2007 Selectmen's Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, Randy Morrison and Janet Woolner

Also Present: Francis Muzzey, Chip Stata, Carol Friedrich, Randy Comsteller, Ellie Murray,

 

Palmer moved to open the meeting at 6:05 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.

Selectmen approved septic designs for Morrison M/L 11-05-17, Baker River Snowmobile Club M/L 13-04-15A, Rizza M/L 08-11-10; and Palumbo M/L 05-03-18 and 05-03-17. They signed a Timber Warrant for Winsor M/L11-05-05 and Selectmen signed the final 2007 Warrant.

Selectmen denied an abatement for Clarkin M/L 13-04-17, and Boucher M/L 11-01-07, 11-01-20 and 11-01-21, and Mack M/L 08-05-02.

Carol Friedrich inquired about using the Old Town Hall.

Palmer moved to go into non-public session per RSA 91-A:3. II (b) at 7:43 pm to discuss the hiring of a pubic employee. This was seconded by Randy and approved. Palmer moved to come out of non-public session at 7:55 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved. Selectmen agreed to contact a previous Police Chief Candidate.

Palmer moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.
