April 03, 2007 Selectmen's Non Public Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, John Millican, Randy Morrison and Janet Woolner

Also Present: Linda Brown,

Palmer moved to go into non-public session at 6:35 pm per RSA 91-A:3, II (a) to discuss setting compensation for a public employee. This was seconded by John and approved by Randy. Palmer moved to come out of non-public session at 6:40 pm. This was seconded by John and approved by Randy. Selectmen authorized to increase an employee’s salary by $1.00 and to review again in 90 days.
