Eugene Garrett and Allan Crossman talked about recycling. They stated the transfer station now separates but we could get money for the material, especially cardboard and paper. Plastic would require a machine costing approximately $7,000 to crush; that may be obtained with a grant.
Selectmen read the letter from Steve Davis who has agreed to facilitate a meeting with the Selectmen and the School Board. Selectmen will respond with a letter answering questions asked.
Francis objected to his abatement denial because he said that wells and septic tanks are not equal and should be appraised differently - He will take it to BTLA.

Kenyon asked if the road agent could fill in with gravel near the culvert on his driveway. He said a granite post was damaged and broken by a snow plow and wants to know if it can be repaired. Palmer said it might be fixed with mortar but would not be as strong.
