May 1, 2007 Selectmen's Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, Randy Morrison, John Millican, and Janet Woolner

Also Present: Ellie Murray, Francis Muzzey, Chip Stata, Stephen Hillbrunner, Pete Chierichetti, Carol Frederick, and Patrolman Don Jones

Palmer moved to open the meeting a 6:02 pm. This was seconded by John and approved.

Patrolman Don Jones updated Selectmen on events and accidents in the area.

John moved to go into non-public session at 6:10 pm per RSA 91-A:3, II (a) to discuss dismissal, promotion or compensation for a public employee. This was seconded by Palmer and approved by Randy. Palmer moved to come out of non-public session at 6:20 pm. This was seconded by John and approved by Randy. Selectmen discussed compensation and scheduling for the Police Dept. No decisions were made.

Palmer moved to go into non-public session at 6:25 pm per RSA 91-A:3,II (a). This was seconded by Randy and approved by John. Palmer moved to come out of non-public at 6:52 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved by John. Selectmen discussed minimum police hours necessary to work for the Town and the Police Budget. It was agreed to keep Patrolman Stephen Hillbrunner on the Police Dept.

Selectmen signed letters to Pemi-Baker Home Health and Hospice, DES, State of NH, Fowler, and also signed Intent to Cut for Dennis Clough M/L 08-13-06A and Auguste Clough M/L 08-13-06.

Selectmen postponed signing Intents to Cut for Taylor M/L 08-01-02 and Michaud M/L 11-03-06 & 13-06-01.

Palmer moved to accept the minutes and the non-public minutes for April 24, 2007. This was seconded by Randy and approved.

Carol Frederick advised FEMA funds had been approved for storm damage.

John moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.
