May 22, 2007 Selectmen's Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, John Millican, and Janet Woolner

Also Present: Ellie Murray, Chip Stata and Eugene Garrett

 

Palmer moved to open the meeting a 6:04 pm. This was seconded by John and approved.

Palmer and John discussed the need to get the fence posts in place so the fence can be put up at the Transfer Station immediately.

Palmer moved to approve the minutes and non-public minutes for May 15, 2007. This was seconded by John and approved.

Selectmen signed Intent to Cut for the following: Simeone M/L 02-02-02, Fraser M/L 12-01-09, 13 & 14; Menfi M/L 13-04-16, and Dow M/L 05-05-02.

Selectmen requested a Bond for Taylor M/L 08-01-02 before signing the Intent to Cut.

Selectmen approved a septic design for Montgomery M/L 13-03-01, approved a driveway permit for the State of NH M/L 13-01-04, and approved a veteran’s tax credit for Wujcik M/L 04-02-27.

Palmer requested the Town contact Corcoran Environmental Services to come in and talk at a Selectman’s meeting about ways to recycle and dispose of trash.

Palmer moved to go into non-public session at 7:17 pm per RSA 91-A: 3, II (c) to discuss matters which, if discussed in public would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person. This was seconded by John and approved. Palmer moved to come out of non-public session at 7:30 pm. This was seconded by John and approved. Selectmen agreed to accept tax payments from a resident.

John moved to go into non-public session at 7:32 pm per RSA 91-A: 3, II (c) to discuss matters which, if discussed in public would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person. This was seconded by Palmer and approved. Palmer moved to come out of non-public session at 7:40 pm. This was seconded by John and approved.

John moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 pm. This was seconded by Palmer and approved.
