July 24, 2007 Selectmen's Non Public Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, Randy Morrison, John Millican, and Janet Woolner

Also Present Chief Kevin Kay,

 

Palmer moved to go into non-public session at 7:40 pm per RSA 91-A: 3, II (a) to discuss promotion and setting compensation for an employee. This was seconded by John and approved by Randy.

John moved to come out of non-public session at 8:10 pm. This was seconded by Palmer and approved by Randy.

Selectmen agreed to extend the probation for a current employee, discussed personnel issues, and scheduling with Chief Kay.

John moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:12 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.
