August 14, 2007 Selectmen's Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, Randy Morrison, John Millican, and Janet Woolner

Also Present: Linda Brown, Police Chief Kevin Kay, Gini Gove, and Ellie Murray

 

John moved to open the meeting at 6:00 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.

Selectmen signed a letter to the Town Orford regarding perambulation, and a septic design for Williams M/L 05-01-18.

Chief Kevin Kay updated Selectmen on the week’s activities in Wentworth. Selectmen updated the 911 liaison contacts for the Town.

Palmer moved to approve the minutes and non-public minutes for August 7, 2007. This was seconded by Randy and approved.

Selectmen read a letter from a local resident. Selectmen reviewed property assessments for Godfrey M/L 05-07-11 & 02-06-04; and Botellio M/L 10-04-01 and will talk with the assessor.

Palmer moved to go into non-public session at 7:02 pm per RSA 91-A: 3, II (a) to discuss setting compensation for a public employee. This was seconded by Randy and approved by John. John moved to come out of non-public session at 7:06 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved by Palmer. Selectmen agreed not to authorize an employee increase at this time and will review again in 90 days.

John moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.
