March 17, 2008 Meeting Minutes

Present: Palmer Koelb, Randy Morrison, Francis Muzzey and Janet Woolner

Also present: Jack Harding

 

Palmer moved to open the meeting at 4:00 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.

Francis Muzzey was sworn in as Selectmen.

Palmer Moved to go into Non-Public session per RSA 91-A:3, II (c): at 4:10 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved by Francis.

Mr. Harding discussed his services and experience with the Board of Selectmen.

Palmer moved to come out of Non-Public session at 5:10 pm. This was seconded by Francis and approved by Randy.

Palmer moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 pm. This was seconded by Randy and approved.
