Dog Owners
- Dog owners shall register all dogs over three months of age by
April 30.
- Rabies certificates required for registration.
- Penalty for not obtaining a dog license is a fine of $25.00 (RSA:
466:13).
- Owners are liable for dogs running at large.
- Fees: $7.50 if altered - $9.00 not altered.

Overnight Parking
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on either side of any street
or Municipal Parking lot in the Town of Wentworth between the hours of
12:00 Midnight and 6:00 AM, between November 1 and May 1 of any year.

|
Snow Removal
No person shall park any vehicle on a public way or sidewalk within the Town
of Wentworth in such a way as to hinder the removal of snow from the streets of
Wentworth by the Town of Wentworth or the State of New Hampshire

The Town of Wentworth Board of Selectmen adopted the
following Town Ordinances effective as of July 29, 2003:

Vehicle Owners
- Vehicle owners must register their vehicles with Town Clerk.
- To re-register, owners should bring in their old registrations.
- Proof of residency is required for new registrations.
- Renewals, stickers, transfers and plates now available.

Wetlands and Waterways
Those operating in or near wetland or waterways shall file a
Dredge and Fill Application with the Town Clerk before beginning work.
Under RSA: 483-A fines can be assessed for non-compliance.
