Select Board Meetings
Select Board meetings are every other Tuesday and are open to the public. Meetings are also broadcast live on YouTube; links are usually posted on the Wentworth Bulletin Board Facebook page before the meetings. If you do not have access to Facebook, please contact the Administrative Assistant for information.
If you wish to be on the Select Board agenda please contact the Administrative Assistant. Agenda items must be submitted by the Thursday morning before the Tuesday meeting.

Paying online or sending a check for renewal registrations, dog licenses, and/or tax payments is an option. If sending renewal requests by the mail:
- Include your renewal form.
- If you do not have your renewal form, please send the plate number of the vehicle you are renewing or a copy of the current registration with your signature.
- Include your payment (but do not send cash or credit card numbers).

Supervisors of the Checklist in Session March 4
The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Wentworth will be in session, March 4, 2023 at 9AM at the Wentworth Town Office. The purpose of the meeting is to update and make corrections to the checklist and to register new voters for the Town Elections held on March 14, 2023. You may also register to vote at the Town Clerk’s Office during their business hours.

Employment Opportunity With Our Highway Department
The Town of Wentworth, NH is seeking candidates for a full-time, year-round position with mandatory hours being early mornings, nights and weekends in the winter as required by the Road Agent. The position will be a highway maintenance/construction worker. Preferred candidates will have a CDL B driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months. The candidate also must have experience operating equipment such as backhoe, road grader, plow truck, etc. Experience with equipment maintenance and repair is a plus. The position will also require manual labor and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. All candidates must pass a criminal background check as well as a drug and alcohol screening prior to employment. The Town of Wentworth reserves the right to accept or decline any and all applicants for this position.
Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.

Yearly Overnight Parking and Snow Removal Reminders
Overnight Parking
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on either side of any street or Municipal Parking lot in the Town of Wentworth between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 AM, between November 1 and May 1 of any year.
Reminder About Snow Removal
No person shall park any vehicle on a public way or sidewalk within the Town of Wentworth in such a way as to hinder the removal of snow from the streets of Wentworth by the Town of Wentworth or the State of New Hampshire.
