The Frescoln Bridge project is in its construction phase and there is a lot of activity in the area. A temporary bridge has been put in place to keep the road open as construction continues. The old culverts have been removed and will be replaced by a precast contrete arch. Many thanks to all of the people who have worked hard to get this project to the finish line!
